1. Data processing and privacy

At Rubycode d.o.o. we take your privacy seriously, and will only use your personal information to administer your account, provide the products and services you have requested from us, and to keep you informed about our products and services if you have consented to this.

When you use our website or services, we may collect, use and store your personal data for the purposes of providing services, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests and enquiries, servicing your orders, and improving our services.

2. Information you send us through this website

When you submit the contact form or the developer request form, we store the details you provide — your name, email address, company, phone number where given, and the content of your message — so that we can respond. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal for you. We do not sell them or pass them to third parties for marketing.

3. LinkedIn lead generation data

We may use LinkedIn’s Lead Generation services to obtain certain information about you, provided that you have given your explicit consent. The information obtained may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, job title, company and industry.

This information is used to better understand your needs, improve our services and provide you with more relevant offers. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@rubycode.co. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site sets only what it needs to function until you tell us otherwise. When you first visit, we ask whether you are willing to allow measurement and advertising cookies, and until you accept, none are written and no identifiers are sent for those purposes.

If you accept, two Google services are used:

• Google Analytics 4 — counts visits and shows us which pages are read and which are ignored, so we can improve them. We do not use it to identify individuals.
• Google Ads — tells us which advertising campaigns led to an enquiry, and allows us to show our adverts again to people who visited the site.

Both are provided by Google Ireland Limited and may involve transferring data to Google LLC in the United States, which Google covers through the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your answer is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and it is not sent to us. You can change it at any time through the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of any page, and clearing your browser storage resets the question entirely.

5. Your data protection rights

Under data protection law you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — you may request copies of your personal data.
• Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate, or complete information you believe is incomplete.
• Right to erasure — you may ask us to erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• Right to restrict processing — you may ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• Right to object to processing — you may object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• Right to data portability — you may ask us to transfer the data we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
