Talent

The people who make up a delivery team

Our roster covers 36 roles across engineering, design, quality, delivery, data and platform work. Tell us what the project needs and we'll shortlist from it.

Roles we cover

Six families, one bench

Most requests we get are for a mix rather than a single hire — a backend developer plus a QA engineer, or a designer plus a project manager. These are the families we staff from.

The bench

See the profiles, not the CVs

We keep a roster of vetted specialists and share it as anonymised profiles — role, seniority, skills and availability, with no names or contact details until you decide to interview someone.

  1. 1

    Tell us the role

A short brief is enough: the role family, the stack, the seniority and roughly when you want someone starting.

  2. 2

    Get anonymised profiles

We shortlist from the roster and send profiles within one working day. No CV spam, no agency markup surprises.

  3. 3

    Interview and start

You interview the people you like directly. Whoever you choose joins your standups, your board and your codebase.

Why profiles are anonymous

Everyone on our roster is a real person who trusted us with their CV. We share what you need to judge fit and nothing that identifies them until they have agreed to the introduction.

  • Role, seniority and years of experience
  • Skills, stack and tooling
  • Location and time zone
  • Availability and notice period

Ruby on Rails sits first in that list for a reason: it is the stack our own team knows best and the one behind most of our delivered projects. It is not the only thing we staff, and we will say so if another stack is the better fit for what you are building.
