Reservista is a reservation management system for restaurants, replacing paper diaries, phone bookings and hand-drawn floor plans with a single modern tool.
Guests book online at any hour through the restaurant's own website, while staff manage tables, walk-ins and waiting lists on a digital floor plan that mirrors the real room, including terraces and separate areas.
Automatic confirmations and reminders go out by email, SMS or WhatsApp to reduce no-shows, and optional deposits protect revenue on the busiest sittings. The system keeps a history of every guest and their preferences, so returning visitors can be recognised and the contact base reused for newsletters and offers.
